Summer cottage with boathouse, Kyiv (implemented)

The customer of the project erected on the site separately standing one-story boathouse and shed. After our intervention, and it was necessary to have an additional and living space with a bathroom, it was suggested that decision, which brought together all the required functions under the one roof.
