Private house on Belitska str., Kyiv (implemented)

The private house in a small area in Kiev has been designed and built in 2000.

Looks quite compact, the house has a full basement with garage and ancillary rooms, and two floors. Total area – 450 m2.
The combination of bright red and red facade bricks with white plastered fragments of the exterior finish creates a fairly elegant facade. Two different in terms of volume blocks of the building are combined with a granite lining base and a powerful pitched roof in a single unit.
